AAU Team
Beginner to Intermediate competitive levels
Our AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) team program is a great entry point for competitive gymnastics. Athletes compete at local and state AAU meets in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This program focuses on building competitive skills while maintaining the fun and camaraderie that makes gymnastics special. AAU competitions are available for various levels, making it perfect for gymnasts just beginning their competitive journey.
Xcel Teams
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond
The Xcel program, sanctioned by USA Gymnastics, offers a flexible competitive track for gymnasts who want to compete without the intensity of the traditional Optional path. Athletes compete at Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels across four events. The Xcel program emphasizes skill mastery, team spirit, and a positive competitive experience. It's an excellent option for gymnasts who love competing but also have other interests and activities.
Optional Team
Levels 6-10
Our Optional team is for dedicated gymnasts pursuing the traditional USA Gymnastics competitive track. Athletes train at higher intensity and compete in USAG-sanctioned meets at the state, regional, and national levels. This program demands commitment and discipline, and our experienced coaching staff provides the technical expertise and mentorship needed to help athletes reach their highest potential.
