Preschool Open Gym on Tuesday from 10-11am and Fridays from 1-2pm.
Break Out Camp this Saturday, March 18th is at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm. Make sure you purchase your punch pass online through the proshop and check into the times you’d like to play.
NBG has been serving Eastern North Carolina since 2004. Our staff is safety certified through USAG and First Aid/CPR certified. We have been a USAG Member Club since 2004.
We offer all levels of gymnastics from walking through Level 10 competitive gymnastics. We specialize in "stress free" birthday parties, camps and parents' night out, and open gyms.
