This class is a parent/child interactive class designed in a fun and stimulating environment. As the children make progress, parents will be encouraged to step aside while allowing their children to work independently.  Children will be introduced to the beginning fundamentals of gymnastics, along with a variety of other life and motor skills. Classes are designed to introduce your child to listening skills, following directions, fitness, strength, and social interaction with other children. Class lesson plans will also include fun with music, gym exploration and other organized learning activities to nurture the developmental growth of each child.

This class is for students who are ready to explore the excitement of gymnastics without a parent present on the gym floor. Students in our preschool classes will participate in structured yet fun beginner gymnastics circuits. Class activities will introduce each student to the fundamentals or gymnastics in an enjoyable and exciting atmosphere through music, fun with motion, and positive interaction with well-trained instructors.

This class is designed for children able to follow instructions without a parent present on the gym floor.  Children will learn proper technique, vocabulary, and beginner level gymnastic skills while still incorporating fun pre-k activities.   Social and motor skill development will continue to be a focus of this class. 

This class is a fun pre-k class designed to combine elements from our GO Ninja curriculum while still teaching gross motor skill development through the use of gymnastics.

These classes are designed for school aged girls interested in starting gymnastics. Lesson plans will build upon a steady introduction to the beginning skills and vocabulary of gymnastics. Children will learn skills on each of the four Olympic apparatus as well as incorporating our “Tumble Trak” (trampoline) for additional FUN! These classes are a great place for girls to start their journey of gymnastics fun and fitness!

Choose Beginner 1 if child has had no gymnastics experience or only taken preschool classes.

Choose Beginner 2 if child has had at least 6 months of Beginner 1 or is currently enrolled in Beginner 1.

This class is an invitation-only class that incorporates further mastery of beginner gymnastics skills and the challenges of moving forward to higher level gymnastics. Lesson plans will encourage students to work more specifically on detail and finishing work, attempting new skills and independently working through conditioning activities.  Goal setting and continued skill development are essential tools associated with this class level.

Invitation only class

This co-ed class encourages students to explore how their bodies move in space and to test their physical abilities.  Go Ninja also builds confidence by helping students overcome fears and mental barriers. It combines elements of gymnastics, tumbling, free running, martial arts, and tricking without the form requirements of our gymnastics classes. Students will use a variety of equipment to develop skills.

Choose Level I if student has had no GO Ninja experience.

Choose Level II if student is currently enrolled AND is vaulting over blue box

This class is an invitation only class devoted to building more complex and challenging skills within the GO Ninja curriculum.  As skill level increases, students will continue to learn safety falls and skills
